If you have your group agreement, make sure it`s displayed for everyone – ideally, have it written on a whiteboard, paperboard or overhead projector. This cancellation policy applies to all workshops organized by Mary Gilkerson Studio. It only applies to live workshops in the continental United States. For any cancellation policy for all other workshops (outside the continental United States and abroad as well as online), please visit the specific site page for this workshop or course. Mary Gilkerson Studio makes all decisions regarding cancellations, reschedulings and transfers. There are many ways to create group agreements. To decide to use them, you can consider some of the following: whether the group will work together in the longer term, what is the controversy over the topic of the meeting or workshop, how long you have and how much confidence the group has in you as a mediator. Allow at least 30 minutes to get a group agreement. For groups working together over a long period of time, it may be worth spending a little more time developing a longer-term group agreement.
You can use a process like the one described below. Although the time of a group agreement sometimes seems a little frustrating, you gain that time later. This makes your event much more fluid. And don`t forget that newcomers or infirmities didn`t agree, so take the time to explain and ask for their consent to the agreement (you can always do it in one break). If you want to change it, you have a discussion with the whole group until everyone agrees. Mary Gilkerson Studio reserves the right to interrupt any workshop at any time before the start of the workshop, in which case a full refund of the workshop costs will be granted. Mary Gilkerson Studio is however not responsible for expenses such as, but not limited to non-refundable airfares, hotel expenses, etc. If the workshop is cancelled by Mary Gilkerson Studio, the full workshop fee will be reimbursed. Finally, you must seek agreement on all points of the whole group.
The purpose of this confidentiality agreement is to protect the privacy of the people participating in our workshops. Knowing that everyone has agreed to the terms of this confidentiality agreement, it will be easier for participants to freely discuss personal and business issues at the workshop. Transfers: Requests to transfer from one workshop to another are taken into account, are left in place and must be requested and confirmed at least 90 days before the start of the workshop-exempt. For all transfers, a $100 fee is due for all transfers, as well as any price differences between the workshops. Workshops cannot be sold to third parties (must be used by the original shop filer). Verbally, recorded. At the beginning of the workshop, while registration is made on and before the disclosure of confidential information, we ask each participant to promise everyone else that they will respect this agreement. Privacy: Mary Gilkerson Studio respects the client`s privacy and insists that the client respect the participants at the Mary Gilkerson Studio and the program (here called “participant”). Consider this as a reciprocal confidentiality agreement. All confidential information shared by program participants or a representative of Mary Gilkerson Studio is confidential, exclusive and exclusive to the participant who discloses it.
